Accounting Manager
Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid)

International manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. This position offers excellent growth!

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals. Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting. 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software….SAP preferred.
