Seeking an experienced Survey / Civil CAD Technician with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. This position supports mostly survey project with some civil engineering projects. The position requires the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate closely with survey staff and engineers. Draft accurate boundary and topographic survey maps, existing conditions plans, exhibits, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction sketches utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Process and incorporate field survey data into Civil 3D drawings. Experience with COGO points, point groups, feature lines, and generating surfaces. Create profiles, alignments, and cross sections.
