Seeking an experienced Survey / Civil CAD Technician with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. This position supports mostly survey project with some civil engineering projects. The position requires the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate closely with survey staff and engineers.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required). Experience supporting surveying and land development projects. Solid understanding of civil engineering and surveying practices and terminology. Ability to work independently and manage multiple active tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Organized, dependable, and deadline driven. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable taking direction and also working with minimal supervision.
