External Reporting Manager (TC)

Responsible for external reporting (SEC), technical accounting issues, Sox analysis and compliance. Very interactive with all levels of the company.

Requires Big 4 / large public accounting experience, CPA; ideally a heavy senior or 1-2 year Manager level with strong technical accounting experience.
