Accounting Manager
Edison, NJ (Hybrid)

Due to continued growth our client has a need a need for an M&A Accounting Manager.

Prior M&A is not needed but this professional should have a strong Audit background (CPA or pursuing) and the ability to support the financial diligence for all of the companies potential transactions from start to finish! Highly visible role that will report into the VP of Accounting and will interact with various professionals including their public accounting firm, business development team and their lawyers!

Hybrid role in office 2 days per week.
