Minimum 10 years’ experience in environmental/hydrogeologic investigation and remediation. BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University in hydrogeology, geology, or engineering. Current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training a plus. Experience with proposal preparation, research, writing, and acquisition of grants is a plus. Familiarity with PA DEP reporting and permitting is a plus. Familiarity with groundwater modeling software (AQTESOLV or similar) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise. Professional Society Membership is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Manages environmental/geology/hydrogeology services. Performs evaluations of site conditions for conformance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Performs field investigations to determine the extent of surface and groundwater contamination; coordinates the collection of hydrogeologic data. Prepares and reviews geological reports containing drilling logs and descriptions of geological formations and groundwater occurrence, quality, and gradient; and prepares hydrogeologic calculations, investigations, and studies.
