An established engineering firm is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to step into a leadership role managing multiple active projects across Municipal Services, Municipal Authorities, and Private Sector work. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and represent projects at public meetings and municipal boards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple municipal and private sector civil engineering projects simultaneously. Serve as a client-facing representative for municipalities, authorities, and private clients. Attend and represent projects at public meetings, planning board meetings, and municipal hearings. Lead and mentor junior engineering staff and project teams. Coordinate project execution, schedules, and deliverables across active workflows. Support engineering design, project management, and municipal consulting efforts.

Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Strong background in municipal engineering, land development, or civil/site engineering. Experience working with municipalities, municipal authorities, and public-sector clients. Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
