Execute the monthly financial close process. Produce accurate financial statements. Record and post standard and adjusting journal entries. Distribute monthly financial reports. CAM reconciliations. Contribute to the preparation of work papers for annual audits. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years commercial real estate experience. Yardi experience required.
