Support strategic logistics initiatives, including evaluation of current logistics network and opportunities for improvement. Assist with new 3PL sourcing, benchmarking, and selection. Provide recommendations on warehouse and transportation setup to improve cost, service, and flexibility. 2. 3PL Management. Help manage and assess 3PL relationships and performance. Review current service levels, processes, and pain points across logistics partners. Support development of KPIs, governance, and performance review structure for external providers.
