Consulting Engineering firm needs someone to design, develop, analyze, and coordinate plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, fire protection, and piping for commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. Will perform system and hydraulic calculations including pipe sizing, pressure loss, flow rates, equipment selection, and layout design. Will prepare detailed construction documents including drawings, specifications, and schedules, prepare technical reports, proposals, engineering studies and assist with construction estimating. Will conduct site visits, inspections, review shop drawings, submittals, and requests for information during construction administration phase of projects. Position will require 5+ years’ experience in mechanical plumbing design along with a PE license. South Jersey location.
