Sr Maintenance and Facilities Specialist
Roxbury, NJ - Onsite
Starting at $72,500 + Bonus

Responsible for maintaining facility operations and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with internal standards. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and supporting general facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on equipment and infrastructure. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Complete and manage work orders using CMMS tools. Assist with equipment upgrades and capital improvement projects. Coordinate external service providers as needed. Monitor and maintain safety standards across all tasks. Provide timely documentation to support operational compliance programs.

Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and service manuals. Experience with high-voltage systems and PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.). Familiarity with plumbing, carpentry, and basic building repairs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
