Chemical Industry Experience-Rotating Shift

Global Chemical company needs someone to oversee an operations team managing the day to day operations of the production department including scheduling, reducing costs, increasing operational efficiencies, preparing budgets, investigations of quality issues, implementing SPC, safety programs, and conduct planning for the maintenance department. Will work with TCPA, OSHA, ISO, and PSM regulations. Should have experience in batch and continuous unit operations. Will need 3+ years’ experience in chemical plant operation supervisory experience. Will work a rotating shift comprising both days and nights and irregular days working on and off.
