General Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GAAP and internal reporting standards. Ensure accurate reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity. Develop and enforce internal controls. Manage audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide guidance on governmental accounting practices as needed. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 5-10 years relevant accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience working with Sage100, a plus.
