Senior Financial Analyst
Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)

World Leading Consumer Goods Company.

Responsibilities:
Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process including financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling. Focus on operations including but not limited to business assessment of new product initiatives, economic evaluation of capital expenditures, and business process redesign. Analyze financial results and key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate results to leadership. Raise awareness to the business about opportunities & risks based on SKU Portfolio performance. Support projects to improve efficiencies and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. Involvement with special projects related to business development, strategic growth and ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA strongly preferred. Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance experience required. Experience in Brand/Marketing, Sales, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning is an asset. Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules) is an asset. Solid expertise in reporting tools and models.
