Construction Equipment/Real Estate/Construction Developments

Cutting edge construction equipment company needs someone to develop/scale up new business. Will need to travel 50% domestic and international to locations including Dubai, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and India. Candidate should have contacts in the construction and real estate development industry and must be able to communicate technical concepts to potential partners and customers. Will be selling equipment and developments that can run in the tens of millions of dollars. Knowledge of sales, estimating, with ability to sell whole developments. Someone that has owned a construction firm at some point is a plus. Need an energetic, dynamic performer that can entertain domestic and international clients. Position will require 5+ years in a business development role in the construction, real estate development, or construction equipment industry preferred.
