PRECISION MACHINING

Growing Machine shop manufacturer needs someone to manage the manufacturing operation developing and implementing manufacturing and operational strategic plans to ensure maximum capacity. Will oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts and requisition for procurement of raw materials, lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, conform to AS9100 operating systems, directing continuous improvement programs, and develop strategic and tactical business plans. Will oversee 2 plants. Position will require 10+ years’ experience overseeing a manufacturing plant(s) preferably with a machining or aerospace background. South Burlington VT location.
