A role critical to adherence to organizational inventory and growth goals. The successful applicant will serve as the conduit from the commercial business organization to the operational supply chain. In gathering proper commercial intelligence, the Demand and Distribution Manager will allow the supply chain team to focus on cost to serve initiatives with the utmost confidence in the organization’s plan to consume inventory in an efficient manner. This role will be responsible for coordinating demand planning activities and meetings to translate a sales forecast into a demand plan as a critical component of the S&OP (sales and operations planning).
