One year assignment

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to gather data and insights on demand patterns, trends, and forecasts. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and business intelligence to support demand planning and inventory optimization. Utilize data analytics tools to identify demand trends, forecast accuracy, and product performance, ensuring the availability of actionable insights for decision-makers. Drive improvements in demand forecasting by implementing advanced data analytics techniques, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in demand management processes. Partner with the supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and stock levels, optimizing service levels and minimizing excess inventory. Create and present detailed reports on demand trends, forecasts, and business performance to key stakeholders and senior management. Identify potential risks and opportunities based on demand forecasts and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead demand review meetings to discuss forecasting, performance trends, and improvement areas with relevant stakeholders. Assist in the development of strategic demand management processes, aligning with long-term business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand management, market analysis, or a related role.
