Responsibilities:
Manage and service a book of Commercial clients, focusing on client retention and relationship building. Assess clients’ insurance needs, identify coverage gaps and advise clients on coverage options. Manage renewal process for assigned book of business and market submissions to carriers. Responsible for account review, loss analysis, claims reporting, coverage comparisons and addressing coverage questions for assigned accounts. Grow book of business through networking and referrals to identify prospective accounts and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience working for an insurance broker. Valid Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License. Experience handling commercial accounts in the Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail/Wholesale, Manufacturing or similar industries. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. College Degree – preferred. Professional Designations (CLCS, ARM, CIC, RPLU) – preferred.
