Growing company needs a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from $1-$10 million in size compiling project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage weekly project meetings, define the project scope with special attention to client requirements. Will monitor manufacturing and engineering schedules, material acquisition, outside purchases, and installations. Candidate should be able to handle up to 6 projects at a time and 30-40 projects a year.
Position will require 30% national travel. 7+ years in construction management of large scale projects in general construction, warehousing, or the material handling industry.
