Senior Manager, Accounting

Compensation: $130,000-$145,000 + bonus
Industry: Biotechnology Research

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling daily and monthly accounting activities. Developing and reviewing financial statement packages. Technical accounting research. Implementing internal controls within organizational subsidiaries. Support compliance for ongoing audits. Reviewing contracts and sales orders. Performing due diligence for potential acquisitions.

REQUIREMENTS:
CPA license. 6+ years of accounting experience. 4+ years of Big 4 accounting experience. Bachelors in accounting. Experience leading and managing teams. M&A experience a huge plus.
