Senior Accountant - Consumer Products

Responsibilities:
Assist in journal entry preparation and review. Perform detailed analysis of P&L accounts and Balance Sheet. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. Manage all aspects of the general ledger. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness all while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Assist with quarterly and annual SEC financial reporting activities including performing required tie-outs of 10-K / 10-Q / 8-K supporting documents. Oversee company bank reconciliations, including records of daily deposits and disbursements. Complete ad hoc projects requests as necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA preferred, but not required. 3-5 years of accounting experience. Proficient in US GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong Communication Skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
