COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

Design/Construction firm needs someone to oversee construction project management of industrial/commercial buildings from inception to completion. Must be able to track budgets and schedules, prepare estimates, analyze bids, prepare contracts for subcontractors, and manage the submittal process. Will oversee site work contractors, interpret design/build plans, conduct and participate in meetings with owners and subcontractors, and travel to local job sites in the central/southern NJ area. Procore experience preferred. 3+ years’ experience in construction project engineering preferably with commercial/industrial buildings.
