Global manufacturing company needs someone to provide reliability engineering support for the facilities/maintenance/engineering group to enhance the performance
eliability of NJ/NY sites as far as facilities, equipment, and systems. Will diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical problems and determine corrective measures, recommend production/process equipment or fixtures, perform root cause/failure analysis, develop/manage reliability plans that represent the expected life and operational conditions of equipment, and ensure CMMS is maintained. Will assist with the development and maintenance of facility 5 year plans, estimate project costs related to layout design, equipment/material/labor, ensure project deliverables are being met on cost and schedule, manage project budget development, proposals, and oversee project closeout. Demonstrated knowledge of reading/interpreting facilities related design/construction drawings including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, lighting, chemical storage tanks, mixers, pumps, and compressed air systems.

Position will require 5+ years’ experience in a food grade, GMP related industry with a combination of facilities and equipment capital project engineering experience.
