An established organization is seeking a SAP Security GRC professional with deep expertise in GRC Access Control to support enterprise-wide security, compliance, and access governance initiatives. This role will focus on hands-on configuration, process optimization, and ensuring secure, compliant access models across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP GRC Access Control configuration and implementation activities. Design, configure, and maintain MSMP (Multi-Step Multi-Process) workflows. Perform parameter configuration and system setup, with a focus on Firefighter (FFID) and User Access Requests (UAR). Execute and manage Firefighter ID processes and controls. Design and redesign SAP roles aligned with business and compliance requirements. Analyze and remediate access risks, segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and security gaps. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access models. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice recommendations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 12+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control configuration and implementation. Expertise in MSMP workflow design, GRC parameter configuration, role design
edesign, and Firefighter ID processes. Solid understanding of SoD risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Experience working in complex enterprise SAP environments preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
