We are seeking an experienced Web Scrum Master to support digital initiatives within our Commercial Operations team. This role will drive Agile delivery for web platforms that support marketing, patient engagement, and field enablement in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The Scrum Master will ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile web development teams supporting commercial operations initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, developers, and business stakeholders (marketing, medical, legal, regulatory). Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting sprint goals and release timelines. Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team velocity, and delivery quality. Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MLR review processes, data privacy). Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to stakeholders. Coordinate releases and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors. Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
