Sr. HRIS Manager - Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Workday HCM platform. This role serves as a Workday subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field. 8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred; Strong Workday experience. Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools. Proven experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, preferred. Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.
