We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to support the implementation of a global job framework and compensation transformation initiative. This role will drive execution across job architecture alignment, pay structure redesign, systems configuration, and governance development. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical capability, change management experience, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and validate global job architecture and leveling structures. Conduct employee impact analysis related to role mapping and pay alignment. Support redesign and rollout of base salary ranges, incentive plans, and equity programs. Develop transition strategies and compensation guidelines. Partner with HRIS to configure and test compensation systems (including merit and bonus cycles). Create communication materials and enable leaders/HR with tools and training. Help define compensation philosophy, principles, and governance processes.

Qualifications
10+ years of compensation or total rewards experience. Experience with job architecture and compensation program implementation. Strong analytical and modeling skills (advanced Excel). Experience working in complex or global organizations. Compensation systems experience required; Workday preferred. Professional certification (e.g., CCP) a plus.
