The Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, communicating, and managing compensation programs. Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, program development, and operational / administrative processes for broad-based compensation programs. Design and manage analytics dashboard
eporting. Participate in market surveys to stay current with external trends that will attract, retain, and motivate the talent needed to drive our business priorities. Support compensation planning, merit increase, salary budgeting and bonus programs. Provide consultation and guidance to HR Business and People Managers regarding job descriptions, job evaluations, and appropriate internal/external compensation benchmarks to ensure sound and equitable compensation-related decisions. Partner with HR and Payroll management in planning, developing, and implementing performance evaluation systems, year-end merit and bonus recommendations, processes, communications and analyses.

Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 10 years of compensation experience required. Interest in growing into a total rewards professional a plus. Superior analytical and modelling skills. Strong understanding of external marketplace and dynamics influencing business. Understands and applies effective change-management principles. Ability to multi-task, work in high pressure environment. Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented..
