Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead our customer delivery experience and manage a team of Project Managers executing complex projects involving monitoring equipment installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop and manage project charters, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets for multiple concurrent programs. Facilitate program intake processes, lead prioritization discussions, and gather high-level requirements. Collaborate continuously with stakeholders to document requirements, scope, and dependencies while hosting project kick-off meetings. Execute multiple simultaneous programs ensuring objectives and deliverables are achieved according to plan. Partner with Sales leadership to manage strategic customer accounts and identify expansion opportunities. Oversee comprehensive planning, scheduling, and risk management activities across all programs. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams. Implement best practices and leverage data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and team performance.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive project and customer management experience, including team leadership. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management capabilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engagement with peers and executive leadership. Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders and team members. Strong business acumen with experience in cross-functional leadership. Results-driven approach with ability to establish accountability across all teams. Experience developing and managing large-scale program budgets.
