The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead the successful execution of client projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will oversee new system installations, coordinate annual preventative maintenance programs, and manage product upgrade initiatives for our growing customer base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies. Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including specifications, change orders, and completion reports. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project timelines, milestones, and delivery dates clearly and proactively to clients. Provide regular status updates and progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and professional service delivery. Track project progress against established baselines and key performance indicators. Proactively identify, assess, and address potential risks, obstacles, and schedule conflicts. Educate current and prospective clients on new products, features, and technological advancements. Contribute to continuous improvement of installation processes and service delivery. Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and company quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects successfully through full lifecycle. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare, or regulated industries.
