We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Compensation to lead the development and management of pay programs that support our people and business goals. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and senior management to drive competitive, equitable, and effective compensation strategies across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design, implementation, and management of base pay, incentive, bonus, recognition, and executive compensation programs. Oversee annual compensation cycles, job evaluations, salary structures, and pay guidelines to ensure fairness and consistency. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitiveness and provide actionable insights for leadership. Advise HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, and compensation decisions, supporting pay equity and transparency. Partner across the organization to deliver training, communications, and guidance that build compensation understanding. Recommend process improvements and leverage data to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making. Support strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, M&A integration, and process transformations.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required. CCP certification preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with expertise in base pay, incentive programs, executive compensation, and salary structures. Experience supporting a publicly traded company preferred. Global compensation experience a plus. Strong analytical, modeling, and project management skills; advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience with compensation systems and HRIS platforms is a plus. High integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a passion for creating equitable and motivating pay programs.
