MUST HAVE FIVE PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ADOBE

Experience Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation and quality assurance of omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, and other channels using ACM, AJO - Adobe Experience Cloud tools. You’ll design, build, and test customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), manage audience segmentation in Adobe CDP, and support execution through Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, from content personalization to metadata configuration and campaign QA.

You will bridge strategy and execution by developing personalized, timely, and error-free experiences that align with customer journeys and marketing goals. Your work will directly drive campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and ensure delivery accuracy and compliance within regulated environments.
