Manager, Software Engineering responsible delivering software solutions and information systems to solve Billing business and customer needs. This individual will oversee a team consisting of software engineers and leads responsible for supporting applications that are of strategic importance to the corporation. The primary responsibility of this team is to ensure solutions are aligned to business strategies, and to provide technical leadership and implementation support to application delivery teams for new projects and enhancements.

Requirements:
Experience with the Majesco P&C Core Suite Billing SaaS solution. Possesses strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies. Prior experience with the Product Operating Model. Prior management / supervisory experience with information technology personnel and offshore / onsite consults preferred. Prior hands-on application development experience using web based technologies and languages is preferred. Solid knowledge of surrounding technologies including design patterns and modern standards. Great leadership skills to work effectively with peers within and across organizations. Solid written and interpersonal communication with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Strong ability to manage and execute on multiple project timelines and manage competing priorities. College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in Property Casualty insurance a plus.
