The BI Director will lead the development and publication of an executive dashboard including critical KPIs that align with business strategies. She / He will oversee an external vendor and monitor overall establishment of KPIs that are relevant to evaluate business performance, publish KPIs and drive actions to make timely business decisions to continue improving efficiency and value creation. This role requires excellent communication and business partnership skills with the affiliate and Headquarters’ executive teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the organizational objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align the BI strategy with company objectives.

Data Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Continue to improve and simplify data quality while leveraging new technologies such as AI.
