Medical Director, Clinical Development

$260-280K + Bonus + LTI

Seeking a Medical Director to lead strategy, development, and execution of late-stage oncology asset. This position will serve as the medical monitor and lead for oncology studies, overseeing study design and execution across Phases I-IV. The Medical Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive both strategic and tactical planning for products in development. Additionally, they will play a key role in clinical development oversight and leadership, from proof of concept through to BLA/NDA submission. Assess business opportunities by analyzing scientific literature, conducting interviews with KOLs and internal SMEs, leveraging competitive intelligence, and utilizing other relevant sources.

Qualifications:
MD degree. Prior oncology experience is preferred. Must have 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong understanding of clinical methodology, protocol development, regulatory requirements and project management for clinical trials is required.
