This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing patient support operations, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market access, sales, and field reimbursement teams, to develop effective communication strategies and educational resources for healthcare providers and patients. Key responsibilities include analyzing patient access trends, managing program performance, ensuring audit readiness, and improving support services to enhance patient experience. Strong background in market access, patient services, HUB programs, copay assistance, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance required.
