Growing manufacturer needs someone to lead all marketing initiatives from content creation to lead generation, CRM management, and supporting the new business development team. Should have a strong background in CRM, digital marketing, content creation, and experience leading transactional and lead generation campaigns. Will develop and execute marketing strategies, design content including whitepapers, blogs, videos, and case studies, implement and optimize digital campaigns, leveraging SEO, PPC, email, social media, and automation tools. Will oversee CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), conduct market research to identify trends, and partner with sales, business development, and engineering teams. Position will require 5+ years in marketing preferably out of electro-mechanical or defense industry manufacturing with experience in CRM platforms, content creation, lead generation strategies, digital marketing techniques, and social media management.
