Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the development of cutting-edge software solutions to optimize our business operations. In this role, your duties will include evaluating support requests, delivering bug fixes, provisioning users, systems, roles, modules, analyzing software performance, configuring systems and managing the deployment and integration of new software.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide day-to-day support for a heavily customized Infor Syteline ERP system, troubleshooting issues without the benefit of detailed system or user documentation. Own provisioning of users, user roles, and related module provisioning in the Infor environment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and support the development and maintenance of SSRS reports. Participate in features requirements definition and user evaluations.
