The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters including; employee relations, recruitment, union negotiations & grievance resolutions, training/coaching, onboarding, organizational design, change management, succession planning, and performance management. Large focus of the role will be on labor relations.

Job Description:
Provide guidance and direction concerning all day to day HR related issues. Administer HR policies and procedures. Well versed in labor relations. Conduct performance reviews to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Handle union negotiations and processes for local collective bargaining agreements. Assist in administration of grievance processes and provide support in labor negotiations. Handle grievances, mediations, and arbitrations. Initial contact regarding employee relations issues. Handle employee relations investigations and provide disciplines from warnings through the termination process. Development and implement policies and procedures. Creates and maintains employee handbook and policies. Train, counsel and coach employees.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years’ of HR experience. Experience with unions (negotiations, CBAs, grievances). Strong employee and labor relations experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment. Highly organized and strong computer technical skills. Possesses outstanding interpersonal, written, oral communication, listening, and influencing skills. Proven ability to prioritize workload while multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability and experience working within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented.
