Manager of IT Lab Support (GH)
Eastern, PA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Oversee IT service and solution delivery for labs involved in pre-clinical discovery, process development, and quality control. Ensure smooth operation of lab systems, including Pilot Plant automation, lab PCs, and workflows. Manage vendor relationships, safeguarding data security, and handling the full lifecycle of lab equipment, while also leading support services and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications:
10-15 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a research or GxP environment. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience with Windows systems, research applications, and lab management solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Bartender software is a plus.
