Associate Director, R&D IT Operations Lead (GH)
Hybrid 2 days per week
Location – Cambridge, MA
Compensation – $195,000-225,000
Industry – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
Oversee global team comprised of R&D IT Operations professionals. Manage operational budgets and lead development of long-term roadmaps. Develop models and operational policies & procedures for engineering, delivery, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Manage global laboratory systems. Partner with global security teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience working in R&D IT within the Pharma or Biotechnology industries. 5+ years of people management experience, managing offshore teams preferred. Exceptional customer service skills.
