Our client is a growing manufacturing company they are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at the site, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. This role will be pivotal in fostering a productive and harmonious workplace culture while supporting the company's growth and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Oversee employee performance management programs, including performance reviews and professional development plans. Advise management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistently applied across the organization. Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, including harassment prevention, safety protocols, and leadership development. Stay informed about developments in labor law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment. Bilingual – Spanish required. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
