MUST HAVE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields. Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization. Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business. Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges. Excellent executive presence with an ability to translate and communicate sophisticated technical solutions in understandable terms to a broad range of audiences. Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.

Significant experience and/or deep expertise with the following:
Group Insurance products, e.g., Life, Disability, Absence, Medical Stop Loss. Group Insurance business processes, e.g., onboarding, underwriting, pricing, enrollment, contracting, billing, administration, and claims. Group Insurance supporting core technologies and platforms, e.g., Vitech, Compass.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with InsureTech and / or BenTech marketplace, providers, and solutions. Salesforce. Data Exchange capabilities and solutions. API development practices. Data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning understanding. LDEX standards.
