The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resources functions at the site location, with a focus on promoting a positive work environment, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a candidate with both strategic and tactical HR expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and performance improvement.
Workforce Planning:
Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the manufacturing plant has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs. Analyze workforce data and trends to make proactive recommendations for talent acquisition and development.
Change Management:
Drive change management initiatives by facilitating the adoption of new HR policies, procedures, and systems. Support the organization in adapting to industry changes and market dynamics.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for manufacturing plant positions. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns. Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner. Promote a culture of open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Conduct regular training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions. Work with managers to identify areas for employee development and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred). 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Managerial experience required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
