Looking for a Recruiter to play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet staffing needs. Will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific positions. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future job openings. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinating interview schedules and providing feedback. Assist in negotiation and finalization of job offers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Recruiter. Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
