We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in higher education and institutional design to join a growing multidisciplinary studio in the Baltimore region. This is a senior-level opportunity offering meaningful involvement in both design execution and project leadership, with a focus on advancing creative concepts, managing documentation, and overseeing client engagement from start to finish. Ideal candidates will have 16+ years of architectural experience, be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and hold an active architectural license. Strong detailing, code knowledge, and the ability to lead technical project delivery are essential.
