Workday HCM Manager (BC)

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred; Strong Workday experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools.
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, preferred.
• Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements, design, configure and test Business Processes end to end.
• Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party applications; Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration.
• Strong digital savvy ability to influence others.
