Our client provides electronic components for various applications such as telecommunications, radar systems, satellite communication, and wireless networking. These components, among others, form the backbone of radio frequency and microwave systems, enabling wireless communication, radar detection, remote sensing, and many other technological advancements.

Overall Function:
Responsible for safeguarding the financial and material integrity of variable costs by overseeing various inventory management tasks. This includes ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels recorded in the system compared to physical counts, managing inventory adjustments for work orders, and validating inventory deductions for bill of materials derived work orders. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to establish minimum stock levels and initiate reordering processes when necessary. Regularly utilizing inventory system reports to verify the coherence between physical inventory and system records, while understanding the implications of actions such as placing units into Material Review Board or scrapping. Additionally, tasked with raising requisitions for replenishment, monitoring procurement processes, and coordinating with production and engineering to meet inventory requirements. Maintaining close communication with finance to ensure financial integrity and managing consignment inventory for customers.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office is essential. Minimum of 7 years of experience in inventory management. Must possess advanced Excel skills including spreadsheet creation, formula usage, and charting, as well as a solid understanding of ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and familiarity with accounting treatments related to inventory are also required. This role involves supervising one individual and providing detailed oversight to one data entry person. Furthermore, the position involves reporting directly to the CEO and managing monthly reporting of all accounts.
