Manager of SEC and Technical Accounting
New York, NY (Hybrid)

Manage the recently implemented revenue recognition accounting standard, including the footnote preparation. Responsible for specific accounting areas and related footnotes in Forms 10-Q and Forms 10-K. Complete technical accounting issue research, provide U.S. GAAP accounting guidance to subsidiary and corporate personnel, coordinate implementation of new accounting pronouncements, prepare and review accounting research memos for concurrence with external audit firm. Perform Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Manage ad-hoc requests made by senior management timely.

Qualifications:
7+ years’ experience with technical accounting research / guidelines / policies reviewing US GAAP and / or IFRS. Big 4 or large national public accounting experience. CPA. Bachelors in Accounting.
